I'm a final-year ICT student at Durban University of Technology and a full-stack developer. I built a clinic booking platform for DUT that scored 98 out of 100. I'm now building a restaurant management system for a private client. I care about clean architecture. I write readable code. And I build interfaces people actually enjoy using.
A quick look at where I've come from and what I'm working on right now.
I'm based in Durban South Africa. I'm completing a Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology at Durban University of Technology. My expected graduation year is 2027.
Outside of coursework I take on real client work to keep learning by shipping. My projects range from healthcare booking systems to restaurant management software. I'm always looking for the next problem worth solving.

Designing and building a restaurant management system for a private client
Three areas I keep coming back to across every project I take on.
Building complete web applications end to end. That covers data models and APIs as well as the interface people interact with. My DUT clinic booking platform is the clearest example. It scored 98 out of 100 for solving a real scheduling problem for the university.
Turning designs into interfaces that are responsive accessible and fast. I pay attention to the small interaction details that make a product feel considered rather than assembled.
Before I write code I think through how a screen should work. That habit shapes every layout I build. It's part of the ongoing UI and brand work I'm doing for a restaurant client.
A few words from people who've seen me build.
We're currently working on a project together and the skill level is genuinely impressive. I've seen the projects he's built and the quality speaks for itself.
We're in the same class and I've always admired his drive. He's one of the most engaged people I know. He's always pushing to learn more and go beyond what's expected.
Watching Jaden's progress has been remarkable. He's self-taught during school holidays and now produces work I'd confidently recommend to anyone looking to partner with him.
Have a role in mind? A freelance project? Or just an idea? I'd like to hear about it.
Whether it's a full-time opportunity or freelance work or just a technical question I usually reply within a day or two.
